Max McGinley re-joins the Cuikie

We are delighted to confirm that Max McGinley has completed a permanant return to Montgomery Park following his loan spell from Berwick Rangers.

Max first joined the Cuikie in 2021 as part of our U20s side and made his first team debut later that season in a 1-0 win over Haddington Athletic in the League Cup, his first start following just weeks later against Crossgates Primrose in the next round. However his time at the Cuikie came to an end when he joined Falkirk in 2022, making his SPFL debut against Peterhead at the end of the season.

From there he spent time on loan at Edinburgh University in the Lowland League before making the switch to Berwick at the beginning of 2024/25, making twenty five appearances.

He returned to Montgomery Park on loan in February and made twelve appearances during the remainder of the season.
