Tonight is the night as we prepare for our 2021/22 Player of the Year Race Night at the Shottstown Miners Club, kicking off in less than 30 minutes. If you can't make it tonight, keep an eye on this page as we bring you live updates throughout the night and the the latest on all our winners!
Our first award presented was to our U20s Coaches Player of the Year as Max McGinley picked up the award for an excellent season, capped with six goals and a first team debut!

The U20s Players Player of the Year, voted by his teammates, was Ricky Waugh, a deserved winner after several impressive displays at the heart of the midfield and he was another who made his first team debut. His trophy was collected on his behalf by U20s captain Evan Miller.

Our U20s Top Goalscorer was striker Rhys McMurdo, who bagged 31 goals in all competitions over the season, finishing top scorer in the Conference as well as making ten appearances and bagging a goal for the first team.
There was a double for goalkeeper Robert Watt, who scooped both the Supporters Player of the Year and the Coaches Player of the Year awards, having ten clean sheets in forty-three appearances this season and making several match-winning saves.

There was also a double for midfielder Kieran Watson, who won the Committee Player of the Year as well as the Players Player of the Year award. Kieran has been outstanding in our midfield this year, stepping up with several last minute winners and leading the side numerous times in our end of season run-in. His trophies were collected on his behalf by club captain Aaron Somerville and vice captain Andy Forbes.

Nicky Reid picked up the Top Goalscorer award after an impressive season saw him find the back of the net on twenty six occasions, cementing his place as the spearhead of the Cuikie attack and earning a move to Edinburgh City alongside Kieran.

The final award of the evening was for the PenicuikAthTV Goal of the Season and in the biggest landslide win since the award started, Aiden Walsh won it for his cheeky backheel volley against Dundonald Bluebell with a quite remarkable 83% of the vote!
