Statement | Scottish Cup Tie

Penicuik Athletic can confirm that we have been informed by the Scottish FA that following a Tribunal this morning that our Scottish Gas Men's Scottish Cup 2nd Round Preliminary Tie against Kilwinning Rangers is to be replayed.

The offence in question relates to a sixth subtitution made by Kilwinning Rangers which is in breach of both Competition Rule 13.1 and Disclipinary Rule 311 of the Scottish FA's Discliplinary Rules.

Discussions are on going as to the date of this replay which will be confirmed tomorrow (Friday 12th).
